Trent Lee Enterprises was incorporated in 2009 and has been providing civil construction services to public and private clients in Arizona for over a decade.
Philosophy
Trent Lee is a family. Some of our team members are actually related. Others come from very different places and backgrounds. But we work together and support each other on and off the job the way a family does. Our philosophy is that all clients should be treated in this fashion as well. We do this through:

Management
Our management team averages over 29 years of industry experience each. Our project background ranges from building foundations and installing utilities for single homes to multi-million dollar commercial and industrial projects giving us the expertise we need to perform and help you succeed.
Doug Mortemore
With nearly forty years of experience in the construction industry and a wealth of field experience, Doug is a key part of the Trent Lee team. He has managed a variety of civil projects, including waste water treatment facilities, well sites, earthwork and grading for large residential and commercial developments, utilities, and a variety of others.
Ed Patterson
While Ed’s twenty years in the industry are less than some of his peers, what he lacks in years, he makes up for in expertise. Ed has bid and managed hundreds of projects, with projects exceeding values of $50 million. Ed brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and to any project with which he is involved.
Dell Munk
Dell has overseen construction of a number of multi-million dollar contracts for various municipalities. His experience in government contracts allows him to be an asset not only in getting the job done, but navigating the various processes and documents required for public projects.
Tony Pearson & Alfonzo Bedonie
Our Superintendents, Alfonzo Bedonie and Tony Pearsen are licensed CDL drivers and highly qualified operators. Their dedication and commitment to Trent Lee show in their years of service. Alfonzo and Tony assist in overseeing & implementing project quality standards while maintaining safety procedures. Both reinforce standards of production to ensure field personnel are operating efficiently & effectively by working side by side with them.
